Governor Peter Mba applies for UK visa in Enugu says it is quick and easy

Dr. Peter Mbah, the governor of Enugu State, applied for a renewal of his visa on Tuesday at the city's recently opened UK Visa Application Center.

The governor praised the UK government for opening the center, saying it would strengthen socioeconomic ties between the UK and the South East.

He also urged Nigerians, particularly those from the South East who live in and outside the region, to apply for their UK visas at the Enugu Visa Centre.

After submitting his application, Mbah told reporters: "I am quite impressed. It was quite an experience. I first noticed that you spend relatively little time here submitting your application. As opposed to other places, we don't have the congested traffic.

I should also use this opportunity to inform our South East relatives in other states that Enugu now has a visa center. When you can simply travel to Enugu and have your application processed quickly, there is no need to travel and wait in the lengthy lines in Lagos and Abuja.

Once more, if you visit a facility like this, you are likely considering your comfort. Concern for privacy is on your mind. Three, the length of time you spend getting care here and getting all those advantages.

The governor said, "So, it is an opportunity indeed; even for those who live in Lagos and Abuja, I would also urge them to visit this Enugu Visa Center of the United Kingdom to get attended to as quickly as possible."

Remember that on September 11, the British High Commission in Nigeria announced the opening of a new center for submitting UK visa applications in Enugu State, beginning on September 13.

The facility would run twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, according to the UK Mission, and be located at the Omedel Luxury Hotel, 4/6 Link Road, off Paskan Jakes Bus Stop, Independence Layout, Enugu.

The new visa application submission center was established in response to requests made by Governor Peter Mbah and others during his visit to Enugu in June, according to Dr. Richard Montgomery, the British High Commissioner to Nigeria.
